Types of cookies and their uses

How third party cookies are used

You Tube: measure, for example, when a video is viewed, liked and shared.

Doubleclick: allow improvement to advertisements that may be shown and focus the content to make it relevant.

Wikimedia: detects the number of unique visitors that have accessed the content

Placehold.it: allows the display of sample pictures
